#kualalumpurhotels Had an amazing weekend stay on the Club Floor. Warm welcome from the team, full evening cocktail buffet with premium spirits while overlooking KLCC Park and the Petronas Twin Towers. Our room was spotless and very helpful staff to handle our requests for ice, laundry and restaurant reservations. Easy free parking using license plate recognition. Walked straight into Suria Mall for some shopping and played pool by the pool with some cold beverages... a perfect weekend getaway. MO Kuala Lumpur is a grand hotel in the best location in town with great service from the team of staff. Well done! Absolutely fantastic stay - the highlight being the service. In particular, Vijay and Sabdih went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Every small request we had (milk and ice for our room, holding bags behind the front desk) was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our bags were waiting for us in our room after we had checked in. Room cleaning staff folded our clothes, left personalised notes, and were exceptional. The pool, sauna, and gym were all great amenities to have on site. The pool had a brilliant view over the city, the gym was well-stocked, and a friendly attendant gave me a tour of the sauna when I was initially confused about where things were. The breakfast had an enormous range of choices. Overall 10/10 stay. Tip: Book a room on the Club Floor - the'hotel within the hotel' gives the best value and experience
