#kualalumpurhotels One of the best moments during my birthday, I visited the Mandara Spa, and was welcomed by Mrs. Amy who was very cheerful and humble. I patiently explained all types of massage and made me understand the differences between each massage. I really enjoyed the moment. I enjoyed it and thank you, Mrs. Amy, and I’m sorry I forgot the name of the masseure. She did a good job.. And I forgot to stay at the hotel. The room is decorated with balloon and special cakes for my day. The swimming pool is amazing especially for children. Tav stayed in the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur twice at that time before the pandemic and it was great to come back again. The hotel reopened after a major change. I like the smell that is still in the hallway. In general, the new room is refreshing and clean and the comfort has improved a lot. A 2208 corner room is set with views of the double tower and a lighthouse tower view. My only negative comment about the room is the vanity area in the bathroom. The composition is a bit low and the water continues to spray on the ground when used. Other than that, everything seemed perfect. I ordered a club sandwich late in the middle of the night and it tastes good. This hotel is strategically located minutes from KLCC and a nearby train station. Raise the hat for employees Dayana (check-in) and Vong Shin (check-out) as well as to other partners working on that shift. They are all really friendly and helpful. Please preserve that vital Malaysian spirit! Trima Casset and will be back again soon!
