The RuMa Hotel and Residences

#kualalumpurhotels First of all, the hotel is a very stylish option to stay in the centre of Kuala Lumpur with very good connectivity with a lot of places of interest. Room rates are very reasonable, and the service is very warm and friendly. We only spent two nights at the hotel, and stayed there for the first time. All staff welcome everyone really gently and the check-in procedure is convenient. Breakfast is good but we would like to have fresh juices in a five star hotel. Many breakfast dishes can be ordered from a separate menu or go to the buffet with many options such as cold/hot Western and Asian dishes. The pool is so cute!! Towel service and bar lounge to order food and drinks. Regarding our room (a luxury room overlooking the city) there are some details to discuss and what are the reasons for voting only 4 stars: Really nice decor, spacious, very good bed, very nice bathroom, lots of towels, free minibar. But, the air conditioner blows directly on your face lying in the bed even when placed in a low fan position. Since we were far from the elevators, you hear the sound day and night. Do not close the doors of the room properly until you hear every word spoken in the corridor. You also hear that every room door closes. When someone uses it alongside it, above or below the toilet, you hear it. Sorry to say that but these aspects made our stay a bit sad because the surroundings are so nice.
