It is located directly in KL Sentral, and you are attached to a mall and a well-connected metro station. The service is so amazing that I will get WhatsApp messages on my Hilton app daily asking if there is anything I need or any service they can offer me. The rooms are well cleaned (thank you MJ) with great attention to detail and gentle notes from the cleaning team. In addition, the staff of the Executive Lounge, reception and concierge were very friendly and helpful. They helped with my printing, pick up/drop needs, and any other issues I have. The services at the hotel are also amazing with a fully equipped gym, sauna, steam and spa facilities. The pool is great It is also important to note that the restaurants inside the hotel are amazing. I went to the Japanese restaurant and had one of the best wagyu steaks ever. I can't really say enough about how wonderful this hotel is, there is no better place in Kuala Lumpur to stay. Great location. Good service Good food.
