The therapist said that just breathing in while in the spa room will help the breath flow up, the blood in the body will circulate better, and it will help reduce stress and headaches. The 60-minute oil massage treatment in this salt room, we were pampered all over the body, from the tips of the feet, back, legs-arms, neck, shoulders, and finally the head. For those who are very stressed, you can tell them to use this time especially. Like me, I got a massage until I fell asleep without realizing it.
