Kota Kinabalu Fantasy Island: Mamutik Island🇲🇾

[Trip Moment Delivery.🗞️] I'm going to Mamutik Island for a vacation this trip!!✈️ 🛄ㅣMamutik Island🏝 The moment I set foot on Mamutik Island, I stopped for a moment at the color of the sea that spread out before my eyes. The sea was so incredibly clear, and I could see sand and small coral pieces beyond the clear water. The white sand was soft and beautiful, and the entire island had a quiet atmosphere, so it felt completely different from noisy tourist destinations.🏝 The island itself is not large, but thanks to its small size, I was able to feel cozy and secluded. I slowly walked along the beach feeling the soft sand on my feet, and while I was walking, all I could hear was the sound of the waves and the wind. Since there weren't many people, I was able to enjoy the tranquility of 'being alone in nature'. After I sat down on one side of the beach and put my luggage down, I immediately wanted to jump into the sea. I put on my snorkeling gear and slowly went into the ocean, and the water was a whole new world. The sunlight penetrated deep into the ocean, making the fish scales sparkle, and colorful tropical fish swam around me. The only thing I could hear underwater was my breathing and the sound of waves from afar, so I could really immerse myself in nature~🌊 After snorkeling, I lay down on the sandy beach and looked up at the sky, and my mind became really clear. The scenery of the cloudless blue sky and coconut trees was so peaceful that it couldn't be captured in a photo. I didn't have to do anything, and just sitting there was enough time.✌️ There was a simple store and shower facilities on the island, but most people prepared water and snacks in advance and spent their time quietly. It was impressive to see everyone enjoying the island in their own way, without loud music or noisy people. Some people were reading books in the shade of a tree, and some families were laughing while playing in the water with their children. The peaceful scenery seemed to reflect the atmosphere of the island!!😃 As time went by, the sun became stronger, but I sat in the shade of the trees, looked at the sea, closed my eyes for a moment, and felt comfortable enough to fall asleep. I felt recharged just by staying still without feeling guilty about doing anything. I realized once again that I could never feel that kind of time in the city.👏 As the time to go back got closer, I felt more regretful about the island. In fact, Mamutik Island is the smallest of the many islands in Kota Kinabalu and doesn’t have many special activities, but I think it became the most memorable place because of its simplicity and quietness. If there was a word called ‘healing,’ I thought it would be this kind of time. For those who have complicated feelings or want to quietly reflect on themselves, Mamutik Island would be a really good choice!! Since that day, I often think of Mamutik Island.
