A Thai-style oasis on Chaweng Beach

For this trip to Koh Samui, I chose the excellent Ban Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa. The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of Chaweng Beach, less than a 10-minute walk from Central Festival shopping center. There are all kinds of shops along the way, which is very convenient. The hotel is built in an authentic Thai style. Although it has been around for a while, it is very well maintained, with lush greenery all around. As soon as you walk through the door, you feel like you are in a green paradise. The hotel facilities are also very complete, with a swimming pool, beach massage, and spacious rooms. The front desk service is very warm. When we arrived, we received a warm welcome, and even saw a "Welcome Back" sign written on a banana leaf in the room, which was very thoughtful. Our room was on the second floor, which was very private. The room was well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable, so I slept soundly. The room had a powerful air conditioner, a large refrigerator, and a balcony where you could dry clothes. The daily housekeeping service was also very good, and the room was cleaned thoroughly. The breakfast was varied, with different options every day, and the beach massage was amazing. It only cost $10, and I had to get it twice a day. The beach in front of the hotel is breathtakingly beautiful. In the morning, you can walk on the white sand, and there are some rocks in the distance. You can also see schools of small fish from time to time, which is perfect for playing with children. There are many good restaurants nearby, such as The Tent Beachfront Restaurant and Bar, which are excellent in terms of performance and taste. However, the hotel does have some minor drawbacks: the water pressure in the room is unstable, and although there are many breakfast options, the hygiene could be improved. There is only one key when checking out, which is not very convenient for guests traveling with several people. Overall, this is a hotel worth recommending. It is in a great location, the service is good, and the stay is pleasant, making it an ideal choice for family trips. If I come to Koh Samui again, I will definitely choose this place!
