I played jet ski here and the experience was perfect! At sunset the beach bar starts to come alive with music and lights creating a great atmosphere. Big Buddha Temple: One of the most famous landmarks on the island, the huge golden Buddha statue is very shocking🙏. I climbed the steps and looked out over the sea, which was a very nice view. Ocean Park: The underwater world is so beautiful! Corals and fish are swimming around us, and the kayaking experience is really fun! Food recommendations: Pad Thai: The seafood fried rice noodles taste super authentic 🍤 and can be found in small restaurants on the island. I specifically ordered the spicy version, which was sour and sweet and very appetizing. Mango sticky rice: a must-try dessert at the night market! Sweet mango paired with coconut milk and sticky rice is truly a delicacy. I bought a large portion and couldn't stop eating. Transportation Recommendation: Motorcycle: It is most convenient to rent a motorcycle. You can travel around the island freely. There are many car rental shops on the island and the rental fee is not expensive, but you must wear a helmet and pay attention to safety. Shared minibus: You can choose to share a car for short trips at an affordable price🚐. I used this to get from the hotel to the pier, it was easy and convenient. Personal experience: Bring more sunscreen: The sun on the island is very strong, I have reapplied sunscreen several times 🌞. Be sure to prepare a hat, sunglasses and sun-protective clothing to protect your skin. The night market on the island is not to be missed: the night market is super lively, and the various snack stalls and souvenir shops are very interesting 🛍️. Photography tips: The beach is best for taking photos at sunrise and sunset: the light in the morning and evening is very soft 📸, and any shot can be a masterpiece.
