•HYATT REGENCY KOH SAMUI• •The lobby is mainly white. At the end of the road, you can see the sea view and the horizon. It's love at first sight. What a beautiful view! So relaxing and comfortable. The welcome drink is coconut water. It seems to have a little lemongrass. It's refreshing. After finishing C/I, before going to the room, the hotel will take us to the viewpoint. There will be a small pond and a tub in the middle. The hotel will have 3 colored stones. Each color has a different meaning (yellow - good luck, green - peace, pink - friendship and love). We can choose and throw them into the tub. If we throw them into the tub, our wish will come true. Amen! (At night, the lobby will turn on the lights. The lights will change according to the time of day. At first, I thought they would change according to the day. When I heard this from the staff, after a while, the lights changed colors. I turned back. The staff said they wanted the gentlemen to try many colors. Throw it to me. Inspire by W Samui for sure. Just kidding. 😁 •Ocean View room (with club access) means I booked an ocean view but was upgraded to a room with the club (in name only). The club is not open yet. (The actual club is not finished yet, but if anyone wants to use the service, they can eat in the dining room. The hotel will set up a zone, but Samui has also banned alcohol, so I didn't try it.) So what you really get is an ocean view with a more beautiful view.🤩 (When I went, only a few buildings were open, including the dining room and bar.) The room is very new, very clean, and the view is beautiful. There is also a bathtub. The bath amenities are PORTICO brand. If you go with friends, you might feel a bit embarrassed. There are 2 entrances to the bathroom. One way can be closed tightly, but the other way is not. You can shower and feel anxious. 555 (This place will have a turndown of suites and up.) •F&B Breakfast is served in the Yang Na room (they are named this because in front of the dining room there is an old Yang Na tree of Samui. The hotel did not cut it down. It was left with the hotel.) If I have stayed in Samui, I would rank it second only to Wanabel and the Library. There is coconut water in the buffet, but it was sold out on the day I went.😭 The Benedict tastes normal, but the bread is crispy and crunchy, so it's okay. And then there are grilled pork, dim sum, but what I think is the best is the tom yum noodles. The taste is really good. 😋 Dinner, eat at the colorful room, located on the beach. This room focuses on seafood. For me, the price is not very expensive. But I personally think that the menu is still quite limited. But every menu that I ordered tastes good and is fresh. (You will notice that Hyatt Regency does not put a mat on the plate. It is the identity of this brand. There may be an exception in the really special dining room.) •Service Warm. This word is probably the most appropriate. Khun Tawan (again) probably has his own secret network. When I arrived at the hotel, a while later he came and remembered me, so he tested if he really remembered me. So he pretended to ask when we met. It turned out that he answered correctly. 😳 He really did remember me and offered to walk me to the room and give me a tour of the hotel. The other staff were always smiling and came to chat. There was another Khun Ja from the restaurant (F&B manager) who came to ask if the food was good or if he needed anything else. He observed the guests the whole time. He walked around and asked every table.
