For accommodation on Koh Wai this time, we chose Good Feeling Resort_koh Wai. Clear sea, white sand, peaceful, private, suitable for relaxation. Walk a few steps from the accommodation and there is a sea right in front of the house. You can dive to see corals in front of the house. Those who like activities can rent a kayak to play around the island. It's really good. Take fun pictures. For accommodation on Koh Wai, there are 3-4 places as follows (in case you have options) 1. Koh Wai Paradise: Many reviews, especially the legendary P1 house (fully booked until May). The raw style **must stay 2 nights** There is electricity in the evening, no fan 2. Good Feeling Resort: Next to Koh Wai Paradise **where we chose to stay, I'll review it later. 3. Coral Resort: There are fan rooms and air-conditioned rooms. ______________________________ The reason we chose Good feeling resort is because we had limited time to travel and could stay for 1 night (if we had 3 days and 2 nights, it would be better, not tiring). There was a fan (I am a hot person). Most importantly, Phi Kob, the owner of the resort, took really good care of us. Details of Good feeling resort (you can ask about the price again) 1. House on the hill 500 baht 2. House by the beach (for 2 people) 800-900 baht 3. House by the beach (for 4 people) 1000 baht 4. New house by the beach (for 4 people, next to Koh Wai Paradise) 1200 baht For this trip, we chose to stay in the house by the beach for 900 baht (room number 11). The room has a private bathroom and a fan. **Electricity is available from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.*** Things you need to prepare - Personal items (towels, toiletries, sunscreen, bring them) - There are no power outlets in the room, so bring a power bank. And you can leave your charger at the common area at all times. - Photographers, bring your memory card, camera battery, and other equipment (take lots of photos, really beautiful, so beautiful you'll forget to dive) - Flashlight/lightbulb, mosquito repellent (bring it with you) Walk from the common area to your room, it's a bit of an adventure. What to do on Koh Wai?? - There's kayaking, 150 baht per hour, or 500 baht for the whole day (if you can handle it, paddle around the island, they say it has a beautiful romantic beach). - There's a standup paddleboard for rent, 200 baht per hour (newly arrived, only one at the moment). - There's snorkeling equipment, life jackets for rent (because we can dive and see the coral right in front of the beach). - There's a sunset viewing (the way up is near Paradise Resort). ***We didn't go, we ran out of energy first. - Another activity is to lie down, sit, or do whatever you want. Come relax, or you can play with the cats, there are a lot of cats here, they're cute. What to eat on Koh Wai?? - The accommodation has a restaurant, drinks, and snacks. Just prepare the money to pay. The price may be high, but... it's delicious 😃😃 Travel: - Take a boat at the Krom Luang Chumporn Pier (Laem Ngop), the same pier that goes to Koh Mak. - There is a car park service for 50 baht/night. - Speedboat (Seatel Company) The service fee is 450 baht per trip (round trip 900 baht/person). - The outbound boat departs at 11.30 From Laem Ngop-Koh Wai-Koh Mak (Normally when booking accommodation, we pay half the boat fee first. The resort will contact you. The rest is paid at the pier. It is recommended to arrive no later than 11.00.) - The return boat departs at 8.30 From Koh Mak, arrives at Koh Wai around 9.
