Atoa is so famous that most couples living in Kobe have been there at least once, and its spherical aquarium is a popular photo spot! I also saw it on social media and decided to go... It's cool inside and very beautiful. It's not a big aquarium, but it has quite a few floors, and there were turtles, capybaras, and penguins. You won't get bored, and it might take more than two hours to go around it properly lol. You can find this spherical aquarium towards the end. Depending on the time of day or the date, there may be a lot of people and you may not be able to take a good photo, but when I went, it was pretty empty and I was able to take a photo of the whole thing from behind.
