I visited several iconic buildings in London.

Although Big Ben is currently under renovation, how could I miss taking a selfie in front of it and the Houses of Parliament? The view from across the Thames River is even more stunning. Our first stop was Madame Tussauds, a place I hadn't visited in 20 years. This trip was mainly for my son to see the Marvel superhero wax figures, as he particularly enjoyed these exhibits when we visited the Singapore branch three years ago. Upon arrival, I was surprised to see that the London branch had added many new elements over the past 20 years. In addition to my son's favorite Marvel section, there was also a new Star Wars exhibit. The previously popular Royal Family section had also been updated, with the most sought-after part still being the opportunity to take photos with the current Queen and her family. The museum even has photographers on hand to take pictures for visitors to purchase. However, due to Prince Harry and his wife stepping down from their royal duties, their wax figures have been moved to a spot diagonally opposite the royal family. Perhaps due to the popularity of the recent Netflix series 'The Crown,' Queen Elizabeth II's reputation has soared. The museum has thoughtfully provided an 'opportunity' for visitors to enjoy English afternoon tea with the Queen, placing a wax figure of her elegantly sipping tea at the end of the Royal Family section, with a chair on the other side of the tea table for visitors to sit and join her.
