Wat Tham Khao Yoi, Phetchaburi Province

Phetchaburi Province is located about an hour and a half away from Bangkok. Upon arrival, you'll find a stunning province filled with mountains, caves, waterfalls, and even the sea. It's truly a destination that offers a complete range of attractions. This time, we visited Wat Khao Yoi in Phetchaburi Province. Whenever we travel to the beach, we always pass by the sign for Wat Khao Yoi but never stopped to visit. This was our first time here, and we were absolutely amazed by the beauty of the temple and the Khao Yoi Cave. We couldn't help but wonder why we hadn't come sooner. The temple is incredibly beautiful, featuring a teakwood chapel with a mountain backdrop. After paying respects at the temple, we drove just 800 meters to Khao Yoi Cave. Inside the cave, the atmosphere is cool and refreshing, and there's even an elevator for wheelchair users. The cave houses a replica of the Buddha's footprint, statues of King U-Thong, the Reclining Buddha, Guan Yin, and many other revered figures. 🏖️ Environment/Facilities: Parking is available at the temple.
