Yufuin ranks among the top hot spring resort destinations in Japan, boasting natural hot springs in Oita Prefecture, surrounded by numerous hot spring inns. The most famous street in Yufuin is lined with a variety of desserts, snacks, and cafes! 🍮☕️ There are also many themed shops, which are a major feature here, with Snoopy, Miffy, Totoro, Rilakkuma, Kiki's Delivery Service, Peter Rabbit, and a host of Yufuin-exclusive merchandise that you'll want to buy in abundance. Additionally, 'Yufuin Floral Village' is a well-known attraction in Yufuin, very distinctive, modeled after the English Cotswolds town scenery, where you can also see real goats and owls! After satisfying your appetite, remember to take a leisurely stroll around the serene 'Lake Kinrinko.' Interestingly, many photos of the stone torii gate at Lake Kinrinko on the internet feature several birds, which we initially thought were fake 🤣🤣
