England is a country that is full of history and there’s few better places to witness that than in its castles and statley homes. In the heart of Warwickshire lies one of the very best examples of this, Kenilworth castle. First built over 1000 years ago, the building has gone through a dramatic history from a 6 month long siege to the overthrowing of a monarch and the visit of Elizabeth I.
