A hidden station with a spectacular view floating on an emerald green lake

#Travelwithme I took a bus tour and got off at Oigawa Railway's steam locomotive at Senzu Station, where I walked along the side of the tracks and did a little mountain climbing to the observation deck, enjoying the spectacular view. The station was built because of a dam lake, and is not connected to the road, so you can only get to the station by taking a train or walking along the side of the tracks. It seems to be often featured on TV, but I went there without knowing anything about it, so I was moved by the beauty of the emerald green lake and mountains. The observation deck is a 15-minute walk from the station, up a steep staircase, so you need to be physically fit, but the view from there makes the effort worth it. It also won the COOL JAPAN AWARD 2019, and it seems to be becoming more well-known, so it seems to get crowded on weekends. #ShizuokaTourism #OigawaRailway #OkuoikojoStation
