Ding Dong Ding Dong time for a TRIP with trip

I booked with trip for a airtix from Singapore to Japan then Korea back to Singapore. First the heavy snow at Korea delayed the flight by 6 hours. Then just the night before we were going to Seoul, martial law was announced. Some train trip were affected and my return trip train from Busan to Seoul was cancelled. luckily I booked through Trip and there was a chat function which helps a lot when you are a foreign country and not knowing their luggage.
