Chonggu Temple

This is one of the first things you see when you finally arrive in the Yading Scenic Area. The bus ride from the park gates to this point takes about an hour, but this is your reward. It’s absolutely stunning. Don’t spend too much time on the front end tho as you have a long way to hike to get to the Milk Lake! #mynovgetaway#awesomepic

I had the opportunity to visit Sochi at the beginning of this year. It ended up being one of my favourite trips so far. I was lucky enough to have a local friend that showed me around. I came back home a few kilograms heavier (don’t blame me). The food was incredible, but my favourite by far was borscht and shashlik, shashlik is kebabs cooked over a fire, almost similar to bbq. Our days consisted out of coffee, good food, tasty desserts and beautiful scenery. I felt truly immersed in the culture after spending nearly two months there. I like these kinds of “slow travels”, that way you can really get the feeling of the country and its people. I can’t wait to go visit Sochi again, perhaps next time in summer. #russia #sochi #mynovgetaway#awesomepic

#mynovgetaway The best time to visit Shanghai is from October to November. This short autumn season boasts comfortable temperatures and lacks the crowds and rain showers of summer – the peak tourism season. Winter travelers can encounter chilly weather, making urban exploration less enjoyable. The rising temps of spring offer a short sweet spot for travel, as long as you avoid the public holidays. Note that Shanghai is a business-centric city, so hotel rates usually drop over the weekends.  #awesomepic

Big Buddha Temple (Wat Phra Yai)

“Big Buddha Temple sits on a small rocky island” know locally as Wat Phra Yai, its golden, 12-metre-tall seated Buddha statue was built in 1972 and remains one of the island’s most popular attractions. the big Buddha sits in the mara posture, with the left hand’s palm up resting on the lap and the right hand facing down, the fingers hanging over the knee and grazing the ground. it depicts a time during Buddha’s journey to enlightenment where he successfully subdued the temptations and dangers thrust at him by the devil-figure Mara by meditating and remaining calm. the pose is a symbol of steadfastness, purity and enlightenment. #mynovgetaway #givethanks#travelinspiration#scenicspotguide#awesomepic#instagramworthydestinations

Mantigue Island

“gemstone of Camiguin Island” Mantigue Island is a very small island located of the coast of volcanic island province of Camiguin, it is about 4 hectares of greenery fringed with a gleaming white beach of powdery coral sand. you can reach here by riding a small pump boat usually tourists only spend hours here. i highly recommend you to spend a day here, sunbathing, relaxing, swimming and snorkeling or even meditating. it’s the best place to do it. trust me. #newphotographer#travelinspiration#scenicspotguide#unforgettableexperiences#mynovgetaway#awesomepic#instagramworthydestinations

Villa Park Sun Island Resort

Whichever way you slice it, viewed from whatever odd angle you like... the waters in the Maldives are stunning. The colours are vibrant to a point of absurdity, the beauty a mental massage for a tired over stimulated city brain. It is no wonder this small nation lives off of tourism, and no wonder why this place is esteemed by the world. What a gift, let us be sure to keep our waters clean to preserve it! #mynovgetaway

Wat Phra That Doi Suthep

“a must visit golden place in Chiang Mai” I’ve been to Chiang Mai a couple times already but, I never even dare to visit this amazing, majestic and fascinating place - no words can even describe it. People that I encountered both locals and foreigners always told me "you've never been to Chiang Mai, unless you visited Doi Suthep Temple". And I think they're absolutely right. I'm glad that I overcome my laziness and visited this wonder. It never failed to amaze me and took my breathe away. The gorgeous Chiang Mai city view is superb, the Buddhist temple experienced is beyond, the weather is so perfect, side trips were awesome, it’s very unforgettable. I should've done this the first time I came here. #christmastrip#travelinspiration#scenicspotguide#unforgettableexperiences#mynovgetaway#awesomepic#instagramworthydestinations
