Noodle and dumpling shop in Kathu area - Hia Lo dumplings

Driving to Kathu area, I came across a newly opened noodle and wonton shop, “Kiew Hia Lo”. The shop is located opposite Thai Rath Witthaya School. The shop is painted in striking yellow and can be seen from afar. The interior of the shop is airy and has a nice breeze so it’s not hot. As for the menu, starting with noodles, there are many types, both clear soup and tom yum. The highlight here is the boiled wonton, which has many fillings, such as salmon, crab, shrimp, pork, and there’s also a single-dish menu of stir-fried basil. Today, I ordered the shop’s signature, tom yum noodles with dinosaur eggs and cheese filling. The bouncy pork meat has a soft-boiled egg inside. It’s delicious, soft, and bouncy.
