Chapter 1: Kuala Lumpur Arriving in Kuala Lumpur: You can choose from airport pick-up, subway, or Grab. The largest cultural and creative store in KLCC is closed on Tuesdays (we arrived on a Tuesday, so we missed it), the other is a bookstore, worth visiting, but not recommended for purchasing. We bought a fridge magnet for 11.9 ringgit there, and the next day in Malacca, we found 2 for 5 ringgit, even better looking, and with packaging! For specialty snacks, we recommend buying coffee and milk tea from Hua Yang Ice Room (inside KLCC), they recently have a buy five get one free promotion, very cost-effective! In Malacca, you can buy the most famous chocolate and coconut cookies, for chocolate, it is recommended to shop around as the prices vary, for coconut cookies, stick to Chen Jin Fu, a large box of 12 for 11.9, a small box of 5, three boxes for 14 ringgit.
