Karizawa Gourmet [enboca]

If you're looking for lunch in Karuizawa, the popular Italian [enboca (Enboca)] is a great choice! 🍃 It's reservation-only and very popular, so I made sure to book as soon as my trip was confirmed! They're famous for their pizzas made with seasonal ingredients, but there were so many types that it was hard to choose. 🤧💭 The menu I ordered included: - Lotus root (with basil sauce & pine nuts) & asparagus (with anchovy sauce & two types of cheese) half - Strawberry & peach There were many other menus that caught my eye as well. 👀✨ It makes you want to visit in different seasons to try all the varieties. 😻
