Kaohsiung Hanlai Hotel (Red Brick) Shanghai Soup Dumplings

A Delicious Restaurant Worth Recommending to Everyone. It was raining heavily in Kaohsiung, so I invited Dr. Hong, who came from Hsinchu to Kaohsiung for a meeting, to have dinner at the Hanlai Hotel's (Red Brick) Shanghai Soup Dumplings. The ambiance was elegant, and the restaurant was bustling with business. Although we didn’t make a reservation, we arrived early and managed to get a table. The staff were friendly, and the small dishes counter was delightful, offering a variety of appetizing options. We ordered (bitter melon), (braised crucian carp), and several egg dishes, all of which were absolutely delicious 😋. We also had (loofah xiaolongbao), (pan-fried buns), (chicken soup/dry noodles), as well as peppercorn chicken, which was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. To top it off, we stir-fried a plate of vegetables. Everything was flavorful and satisfying. We had a wonderful time dining here, and it’s definitely a great restaurant worth recommending to everyone.
