When I first came to Formosa Boulevard, it was heavily publicized on the news and packed with people, so I could only see a few flashes of light in the messy crowd when I looked up, so I always felt cheated. It was a rainy day this time, and I stopped in front of Formosa Boulevard Station by accident. I went in thinking of taking shelter from the rain, but unexpectedly I encountered a light show. At 7pm, the dome will darken and a light show will be played on the floor. This large-scale performance, which is usually only held in the park, can be watched up close and for free. The performance lasted about fifteen minutes, and then after the show there was an interactive light and shadow design. Whenever someone stepped on it, flowers would grow under their feet, like a lotus growing in step. It was very interesting, and everyone walked out of a new work of art together. After the performance, the lights came on and I looked at the dome again. My mood was completely different from that time. Looking up from different angles, I saw different views. It is indeed the most beautiful MRT station in Kaohsiung. I can experience such high-quality performances and interactions in such a beautiful place, which surpasses many paid light and shadow exhibitions.
