[Tochigi] The Hydrangea Festival at Isoyama Shrine, where hydrangeas and lanterns are beautiful ⛩

#Travelwithme I went to Isoyama Shrine in Tochigi Prefecture to see the hydrangeas 😌✨️ ⛩What is Isoyama Shrine? ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Isoyama Shrine in Kanuma City, Tochigi Prefecture is an ancient and prestigious shrine that was granted a red seal by the Tokugawa Shogunate, and is now known as one of the most famous hydrangea spots in northern Kanto ✨️The "Hydrangea Festival" is held every June! There are 2,500 hydrangeas of 28 varieties on the approach and shrine building😳💓 💠Hydrangea Festival Overview━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━🗓Dates: Saturday, June 15th to Sunday, June 30th, 2024⏰Lighting time: 18:00-20:00📍Venue: Isoyama Shrine🗺Address: 66 Isomachi, Kanuma City, Tochigi Prefecture, 322-0536🚗Access: About 1 hour 30 minutes to 40 minutes from Tokyo by public transport🚎 About 30 minutes walk from Niregi Station on the Tobu Nikko Line by car🚗 About 15 minutes from Tsuga IC on the Kita-Kanto Expressway or Kanuma IC on the Tohoku Expressway🅿️Parking: 40 spaces (free) ✨Sightseeing points━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━🌙 The hydrangeas are lit up in the soft light of the lanterns during the night illumination from 18:00 to 20:00, making it very fantastic! It's also lovely to go out in a yukata 👘🍃If you haven't yet passed through the grass ring to get through the summer, be sure to do so!
