Kantang Railway Station

Kantang Railway Station, Trang Province 🚃It is one of the oldest stations in Thailand that has been with the Southern Railway since its inception. The station is a single-storey wooden building with a hip roof, painted in mustard yellow and brown. The building is divided into 2 parts: the building itself and the platform. The front of the building has a protruding porch, decorated with a unique wood carving pattern on the corners of the pillars since the reign of King Rama VI. 🌊It is also the ‘end of the Andaman railway’. Among the provinces that the Southern Railway passes through, they are all on the coast of the Gulf of Thailand.
