Exploring the area's waterfalls and indulging in the soothing onsen resorts added a touch of serenity to the adventure. As I gazed at the layers of clouds drifting over the landscape, I felt a profound connection to nature. The Ainu-inspired name, Souunbetsu, echoed with the melody of countless waterfalls.
