#thingstodo Short few minutes walk from Kita Kamakura station. This amazing zen temple is build into the mountains and forest. A quiet, serene haven and a beautiful walking excursion learning about the lifestyle of the abbot's and the structures and history around it. It is recommended to come here during spring season and autumn as the view of the place gets so much more enlightened than a normal summer day walk. 500 yen for entry i believe, with two tea houses in the area. One being requiring to walk 100 + steps? to the top for a fantastic view with a chance of Fuji.
