#0yentravelFebruary2025 Gifu Cafe Exploration Series🚗³₃ A very popular cafe known only to those in the know, Karotgif𖡼.𖤣𖥧𖡼.𖤣𖥧 The exterior is so good you might miss it at first glance, but the parking lot is full and the restaurant is full (๑⃙⃘°⌓°๑⃙⃘) I'm glad I made a reservation the day before~🙏🏻🪑✨ When I made a reservation over the phone, I was asked what type of seat I wanted and I didn't really know...🙊⸝⸝ They said it was okay to just go with the recommendation, but now I understand what they meant, it's worth doing some research💍⇪ There are various types of seats and the interior is so stylishꜝꜝꜝ Which type, tent seat? I saw something like this and it caught my attention 🎪 I ordered the quiche I wanted right away 🥰❕ (I was worried that it would be too popular and sell out lol) You can choose any bread you like from the menu for the set 🥯 However, when I tried to select the limited-edition baked sweet potato bread, it was already sold out... but I also wanted to eat cheese bread, so I ordered that this time 🧀⑅*˖ First of all, they brought out bread that smelled amazing 👏🏻🌱 Potato cheese bread. By the way, potato bread is apparently their specialty 🥔 Owner? He said it was super delicious, so my expectations were high 🥰🩷 lol When I ate it, the crispy, toasted cheese brought out the deliciousness of the bread~🫶🏻.ᐟ.ᐟ It was so fluffy and chewy... I was so happy...🕊️ And finally, the quiche I was looking forward to arrived🌟 This time of year, it's a quiche made with rape blossoms, lotus root, and bacon🥓🍳 It's so voluminous, and the jiggly egg is irresistible🐣 I personally love lotus root, so that's another great point~🫰🏻💌 Also, the base dough of the quiche seemed to have potato in it, the starch tasted like potato (obviously? lol) and it had a simple feel ( ̳- ·̫ - ̳ˆ )◞❤ The texture is halfway between a pie and a tart, and it's almost tasteless, so I wonder if it brings out the flavor of the ingredients... Oh, this is really super delicious 👼🏻❤︎ And then, to my surprise, baked sweet potato bread appeared (⸝⸝⸝ᵒ̴̶̷̥́ ⌑ ᵒ̴̶̷̣̥̀⸝⸝⸝)🍠 I was surprised and grateful for the kind consideration... I felt like I was extremely happy, as usual I over-reacted 🥹 lol The owner talked to me, and the service was very polite...
