Inside the pagoda is a brick pagoda core column, around the column is a spiral walkway, a total of 168 steps, inside the pagoda are also several Ming Dynasty iron Buddha statues. The top floor originally had an iron seated Buddha, which was stolen by imperialists, and only a fan-shaped stone carving from the seventh year of Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty (1668) remains Pagoda bricks: The interior of the pagoda is gray bricks, the exterior is all brown glazed bricks, the glazed bricks used in the whole pagoda can be roughly divided into 28 types, all of which are fired according to fixed specifications, the bricks are embossed with Muni, Feitian, lion, dragon, cloud pattern, Baoxiang flower, etc., all used on the horizontal glazed bricks, the style is similar to the Song Dynasty art style 🔻Travel experience The child's horse-face skirt was bought at a clothing store next to the Drum Tower.
