This time, I also tried the recommended Gokketang (crab hotpot)! (Did I say crab hotpot? I was starting to worry, maybe it was seafood hotpot...) Gokketang was a miso-based soup with plenty of crab and a great broth. It was so delicious that I felt like I could drink it forever.
