Visited Souper Tang recently and found the experience to be a mixed bag. Food-wise, everything was prepared decently — the soups had good depth and the dishes were alright, but nothing stood out enough to leave a lasting impression. It felt like the kind of meal you’d have when you just want something familiar and comforting, but not necessarily memorable. Service was enthusiastic but overly noisy. The staff, though young and full of energy, were constantly chatting among themselves and using walkie-talkies, which created a fair bit of background commotion. It made it hard to fully relax and enjoy the meal. The atmosphere was clean and tidy, but the loud internal communication from the staff took away from what could’ve been a more pleasant, peaceful dining experience. Verdict: If you’re just looking for a simple meal and don’t mind a bit of noise, Souper Tang can do the job.
