Price per Person - RM40 Rating - 5/5 Hai Kah Lang is a Michelin restaurant famous for their freshest and sweetest seafood soup and they have just opened a new outlet in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, at Taman Sentosa. Their dishes are within the affordable range, even with their Michelin status. Dishes that I highly recommend would be their signature seafood soup that comes jam packed with prawns, calms, crab, squid and fresh fish slices. The soup was full of umami taste and certainly deserve the Michelin recognition. You can have the choice of clear soup or a milky base soup and a choice of noodle to go along with your soup. Other dishes include their prawn paste fried fish and their fried grouper fish soup noodles. The restaurant is spacious and has a nice relax and bright interior. Service was swift and fantastic. Highly recommend this place for a great bowl of seafood soup.
