We went on a weekday afternoon and there wasn't many people but we had to wait for about 20 minutes. The counter staff is friendly and not pushy with their packages and we were given space to think about it. The environment feel so serene and cosy. We were served drinks and wifi was available while we waited. We had a 60 mins massage and the masseur was okay but not fantastic. We were served hot drinks after the massage. #johor #johorbahru
