Longteng Ancient Village, Jinxiu, Guangxi.

Longteng Village is a historic Zhuang village that was established during the Taichang period of the Ming Dynasty. With a history of over 400 years, it is one of the best-preserved ancient villages from the Ming and Qing Dynasties in the central Guangxi region, with ancient residential buildings covering an area of over 20,000 square meters. The village still retains the Liang Ancestral Hall and 48 ancient houses built during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. These ancient buildings are centered around the Chun Tai Liang Ancestral Hall and are built along the mountain, featuring elegant and luxurious, unique and solemn, and diverse and orderly styles. The narrow and long alleys in the village are arranged like a maze, with Echo Alley being one of its features. The village environment is clean, and the lotus pond, green mountains, streams, and other natural landscapes complement the ancient buildings, showcasing the simplicity and freshness of the ancient village. It is a fifth-batch traditional Chinese village.
