The Gyeongsangnam-do Forest Environment Research Institute held an insect specimen special exhibition, “Little Friends in the Arboretum,” at the special exhibition hall on the first floor of the Forest Museum from March 20 to June 30! This exhibition displays approximately 800 insect specimens that the Forest Environment Research Institute staff collected and dried, including butterflies living in the arboretum. You can also see QR codes attached to various parts of the walls of the exhibition hall. By scanning these codes, you can find detailed information about the insect in question on the museum’s website, and you can see and observe various insects in detail all in one place, making it a very informative exhibition.
