Found a treasure in Xishuangbanna! An 8-year reputation studio meets the only Gyrotonic machine online

After traveling and practicing in Xishuangbanna for so long, I finally found my perfect training spot! It’s this 8-year-old Ziyueyinma Yoga 🧘 I used to feel like my body couldn’t open up until I encountered Gyrotonic Chanrou. I heard this machine is the only one in all of Xishuangbanna, truly the Hermès of equipment!! After the first session, I was amazed—it felt like a deep spa for my spine. The movements are as graceful as Dai ethnic dance, combined with the fluidity of swimming. Practicing in the rainforest climate is incredibly comfortable. After a month, the changes are visible to the naked eye. My collarbone line appeared, my lower belly tightened, and I walk naturally upright. I don’t even need to Photoshop my yoga photos anymore. The studio has great sunlight 🌿 and Teacher Qingqing is very professional. Every visit leaves me full of energy.
