Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture Take a trip to Xishuangbanna and experience the slower pace of life. For the last stop in Yunnan, I chose Xishuangbanna. Upon arriving in Xishuangbanna, it felt as hot as the weather in Guangdong, but luckily there was a breeze which made it cool when it blew~ On the same day, I chose to visit the Chinese Academy of Sciences Botanical Garden and the Dai Ethnic Park. The botanical garden is really big, but I only bought a ticket for the eastern area because we were all too lazy to walk, so we chose to ride in an electric cart. For those interested in and knowledgeable about plants, a visit is still quite nice. The Dai Ethnic Park, just in time for the first water-splashing activity in the afternoon, the atmosphere there was good, and it's only a few hundred meters walk from the water-splashing square to the pier~ I also chose to ride in an electric cart around the Dai Ethnic Park, but if you have time, you can choose to walk and take a leisurely stroll. On the way back, I stumbled upon the Mekong River Viewing Platform, which is quite niche with not many tourists. Spending 10 yuan on a bottle of water there allows you to go up and enjoy the view, which is quite expansive, and you can take some photos on top.
