5 Days and 4 Nights in Jingdezhen

⛱️Must-visit attractions: 🌄Travel tips: Day 1: Night tour of Taoxichuan. The weekend night market at Taoxichuan is great. The architecture is very unique, and the porcelain is mostly original designs, so it's a bit expensive. If you get tired of shopping, you can try a local restaurant nearby. Friendly reminder: Remember to book in advance for popular restaurants. Day 2: Yaoli Ancient Town + Hanxi Village + Porcelain Palace. It's better to visit during off-peak times for a better experience. We rented a car to Yaoli early in the morning the day after it rained. Buy a cup of freshly squeezed sugarcane juice and enjoy the misty mountains. Hanxi Village is small, with tea gardens and fresh air. Be sure to try the homemade tea jelly. The Porcelain Palace is just for taking photos, so you can skip it. Day 3: Taoyang New Village + Sculpture Porcelain Factory. The night market at Taoyang New Village is lively, with many cute little items at affordable prices. The Sculpture Porcelain Factory is perfect for young people to take photos and try their hand at crafts. The pottery and glass-making experiences are affordable, and the teachers are patient. Both adults and children love it. Day 4: Ancient Kiln Folk Customs Museum + Fuzhou Lane + Imperial Kiln Museum. The Ancient Kiln and Imperial Kiln Museum are highly recommended. Fuzhou Lane is a food street where you can try local snacks (the fried dough sticks wrapped in glutinous rice cakes, rice noodles, and clay pot soup are all good). 🏨Accommodation tips: Taoyi Guanying Hotel. It's close to the North Station and various attractions in the city (3–5 km). The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, and the breakfast is plentiful. 💗Other tips: Overall, the attractions in Jingdezhen are worth visiting, but transportation is a big problem. Electric scooters 🛵 are parked everywhere, drivers don't follow traffic rules, buses stop running at 7 pm, it's hard to get a taxi near attractions, etc. The transportation situation needs a lot of planning and improvement.
