China Xuan Paper Town

Located in Xuancheng, Anhui, the China Xuan Paper Town National Paper Hall and National Paper Water Street were designed by the Landscape Architecture Design and Research Institute of the China Academy of Art. The architecture is based on the concept of "Paper Mountain", which aims to present a grand and poetic Eastern style through a continuous garden-style spatial experience. In a series of constantly opened cave spaces, the audience falls into a dream within a dream, allowing the image of the "Paper Mountain" to gradually transform from a visual experience to a physical experience. In the constant wandering up and down, the audience gradually gains a rich and strong "Paper Mountain" memory, and feels the continuous shock of the Chinese garden style.
