⛰️ Lingyan Temple is 1–1.5 hours from downtown Jinan, and is a great place to relax and unwind on the weekend. · 🍂 I went on November 18, and the ginkgo leaves had all fallen. The trees were bare, so I could only take photos of the leaves on the ground. · 🚘 There are many cars on the weekend, and there are several wild parking lots before the farmhouses. We parked at one that was CNY 10 per car with no time limit, which was quite reasonable. Some farmhouses offer free parking if you eat there, which is also an option. Luckily, we parked early, as the south gate parking lot was full in the morning, and many cars had to wait in line. · 🍜 There is a CNY 1 bowl of vegetarian noodles at the ticket office. The noodles are soft and smooth, and are great for a quick bite before or after climbing the mountain. There isn't much food on the mountain, mostly instant noodles, fried starch sausages, and grilled sausages. · 🍵 There are tea shops and stalls on the mountain, with prices ranging from CNY 68 (bring your own tea leaves) to CNY 128. There is also CNY 1 tea soup nearby, so you can choose for yourself~ · A day to envy the cats in the mountains. I hope you all have a great time!
