As soon as you step into Aze Cuisine, you'll be drawn in by the warm lighting and the unique decor. The plates with Hokkaido patterns are particularly eye-catching, making you feel like you're in a foreign land. The most striking feature is the large tank, which adds an artistic touch to the space. When it comes to food, the yakitori series is a must-try! The grilled chicken skin is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, making every bite a delight. The fried chicken cartilage is crispy and delicious, making it hard to stop eating. The chicken leg with skin retains the deliciousness of the skin, offering a rich texture. The stir-fried udon with beef is a top-notch dish. The udon is sweet and salty, and when paired with beef and bonito flakes, it's incredibly aromatic. You'll find yourself finishing the dish before you know it. The most impressive dish for me was the salmon fried rice, a godsend for carb lovers! Every bite is filled with the wonderful sensation of fish roe bursting in your mouth. Paired with mushrooms and eggs, it's simply a perfect match.
