Winter in Jilin

One of the smaller towns in Jilin Province, but it's a hidden gem! Visited too early in the winter season so the temperature is not that cold yet to witness the beauty of Jilin Rime. it's need a pretty decent negative temperature to achieve it but it was only about -5 during December. But still, on the Rime island u can choose to take photos in the rental costumes of with the cute chowchows or snow foxes! Definitely going back again to catch the Rime again someday! Besides the magnificent SongHua river, there's also a variety of food in this town, specifically XinXingYuan restaurant! There's a spread of dumpling flavours you can choose from and it's all super delicious!
