The Charm of Xitang Ancient Town

#favouriteitinerary A while ago, I visited Xitang Ancient Town, one of the birthplaces of Wuyue culture, with a history dating back to the Tang Dynasty. With tickets priced at 95 RMB per person, it was well worth the experience. The Yanyu Long Corridor, located along Beizha Street and Nanzha Street, provided shaded benches and shelter from the rain. It was fascinating to see a filming location for "Mission Impossible." Songzi Laifeng Bridge, with its unique design, stood out as one of the town's iconic landmarks. Shipi Lane, at the end of West Street, with its narrow 68-meter-long lane paved with 216 three-centimeter-thick stone slabs, known as "a line of sky," was a memorable sight. Checking the weather beforehand and wearing comfortable shoes made the exploration more enjoyable. Taking advantage of free entry times allowed me to explore the town without the crowds. Xitang Ancient Town's charm and historical beauty left a lasting impression. I highly recommend visiting to experience its unique allure.
