Where to Go in Guangdong for New Year? Gui Feng Mountain for Red Leaves

Climbing a mountain is a must for New Year. Gui Feng Mountain is the only place nearby where you can see red leaves. Take the classic route: Yongzhen Mountain Gate - Chao'an Pavilion - Trident Maple Forest - Yutai Temple - Yuejiang Pavilion - Ruquan Garden, then return to the mountain gate via the ring road. Best places to see red leaves There are the most red leaves around Yutai Temple. There are usually some red leaves at Trident Maple Forest and Ruquan Garden, but not this year. 3. Parking If you're traveling with a group, the best value is to drive directly to the parking lot at Yutai Temple, which costs CNY 30. The parking lot at the foot of the mountain charges by the hour, so it's not worth it if you stay for a long time. There are a lot of cars in the parking lot at the foot of the mountain during holidays. From noon, the parking lot will be full, and the road outside will be blocked. If possible, I suggest parking nearby and walking over. If you're brave, you can park directly on the side of the road. I saw a lot of cars parked like this. 4. Summary You can look forward to the red leaves on Gui Feng Mountain, but don't expect too much. After all, we go to Gui Feng Mountain to climb and sightsee even when there are no red leaves.
