The gentle sound of birdsong accompanied each step, grounding me in the present moment. The highlight was joining the unique Temple Food Demonstration program at Chunjinam Hermitage with Ven. Jeong Kwan. Her cooking class was much more than food preparation — it was a soulful lesson in mindfulness and simplicity.
