This year, one of the top three light shows in the Kanto region of Tokyo, the Sagamiko Light Show, is collaborating with the Doraemon movie theme. With an impressive display of 6 million lights, it creates a magical 'Stage of Light' featuring Doraemon and his friends. If you're planning to spend Christmas in Tokyo this winter, don't miss it! 🌟 Sagamiko Doraemon Earth Symphony Theme Light Show 🌟 📅 Dates: 2023/11/3~2024/5/12 (Open daily until 1/4) ⏰ Time: 16:00~21:00 📍 Location: 1634 Wakayagi, Midori Ward, Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture 🚗 Transportation: 8-minute bus ride from JR Chuo Main Line Sagamiko Station 🎫 Tickets: 2000 yen 🌟 Highlights 🌟 Doraemon Collaboration Areas 1⃣️ Mountain Top Area: At the end of the 250-meter 'Rainbow Elevator,' you'll find a dazzling art wall themed around the March 2024 release of 'Doraemon: Nobita's Earth Symphony.' Further ahead, you'll see a hemisphere of colorful lights depicting Doraemon's face, a dome based on Doraemon and the toy band's playful image, and a river from the movie. A giant Doraemon balloon will fly over the bridge using a helicopter. 2⃣️ Mountain Foot Area: At the 'Hall of Light and Sound' at the mountain's base, a dynamic light and music show is taking place. Doraemon and his friends perform on a 360° stage surrounded by lights and lasers. 3️⃣ Other Areas: Additionally, there are familiar props like the 'Shrinking Light' and giant 'Anywhere Door,' as well as photo spots inspired by movie scenes. On the 250m cable car to the mountain top, rainbow-colored lights depicting musical scores unfold below, with notes and treble symbols adding a romantic touch. Besides the 'Rainbow Cable Car,' you can also ride the 370m 'Light Ferris Wheel' to enjoy the 'Sky Light Show' from above, taking in the beautiful night lights.
