It seems like I went to the wrong place. I ended up at Momminvalley Park, which requires an entrance fee, instead of the nearby あけぼの子どもの森公園, which is free. Both parks have a Moomin theme, though. I happened to catch a group of children on an autumn field trip, which was adorable. I'll definitely visit again next time! #TokyoLife
