In addition to the Izu Marriott Hotel Shuzenji, the vast grounds include Laforet Club Shuzenji, Laforet Resort Shuzenji (sports facilities), and a golf course. A free shuttle bus runs within the Laforet Resort Shuzenji premises, so you can get around easily even without a car. The hotel has a large public bath (hot spring). There are also rooms with hot spring baths, so if you can make a reservation, I recommend that you do so. Although you must apply for a table, there is also a buffet-style dinner, which was very satisfying with a large amount and variety.
