What you see is what you get at the peak

This viewpoint offers an outstanding perspective and is reached by a challenging but feasible one and a half hour hike up Pha Daeng mountain, straight above the town. Take in the sunset vista (but bring a good torch for the descent) or come early in the morning to see the valley below covered in mist and the mountain peaks tinted yellow. Don’t forget to keep an eye for the wonderful wildlife along the hiking trails.
