This place is both an Ichiran restaurant and an Ichiran museum, called Ichiran no Mori. Here, you can see the beloved history and the meticulous production process of Ichiran ramen. However, the actual parts open for public viewing are limited to the production of fresh noodles. The tonkotsu broth, secret sauce, and seasoning sauce are not disclosed.
